A quick and easy to use app for looking up the proper doneness temperature for meat. Using a meat thermometer and this app, you can be sure to cook your beef, pork, poultry or seafood to the perfect temperature for your desired doneness.
Supports both Fahrenheit and Celsius (in your iPhones settings).
CONSUMER ADVISORY:
Consuming raw or undercooked meat increases your risk of contracting a foodborne illness. We include both the USDA recommended temperatures, as well as our preferred temperatures for certain cuts of meat. Following the USDA recommendations lowers your risk of illness.

This is an awesome help when cooking meets. Really great and helpful. Provides all the temperature information needed.
Great reference. Does what it says. Must have for any chef.
FYI- he says right in his description; to switch to Celsius you need to go into the actual "settings" app for your phone and scroll down to "MeatTemp".
I followed the meat temps that they say. I didnt die! What more do you want?
At one beer I have no problem remembering internal meat temps. At 12 beers my meat temps app literally becomes a life saver.
Some bad moments
This is a helpful app. It is important to understand "resting" times in order to fully appreciate food safety.
The apps easy to use and understand. It tells me what I need to know.
My grilling has improved greatly with using a digital thermometer and knowing the when the meat is at the precise temperature.
I started using this app and realized how much I was over cooking meat. It has really helped me produce better product and everyone enjoys my grilling more than before. It also makes reheating better. Thank you!
Bit of a misnomer - meat temps is meat temps. Useful reference though.
I had no idea I would be using this app that often. It has really come in handy. No more guessing on the temps.
